Last season, our own Rolletta Lynn switched places with an unsuspecting civilian who had to take on the challenge of transforming himself (that's right... HIMself) into a Texas Rollergirl. When the Rockland Eagles weren't rocking... we've got one of the Texas Rollergirls biggest fans DJ'ing the party (his super secret identity is a secret 'til the party)... in addition to Butcher Bear and Atomic Automaton spinning some beats that'll make you shake it, shake it, shake it like a Polaroid picture.

Hope you didn't miss this one, 'cause we pulled a switcheroo of our own. The Texas Rollergirls switched places with each other. You know you don't want to miss a Hotrod Honey masquerading as a Hell Mary! Or a Honky Tonk Heartbreaker wearing purple spandex! And y'all are welcome to come the party as your favorite Rollergirl, too.

And as if the North Carolina girls at the bout last weekend weren't enough... meet more fabu skaters from across the U.S. of A at our Switched party. L.A. Derby Dolls Kasey Bomber and Emma Geddon -- along with Chassis Crass from New York City's Gotham Girls Roller Derby -- will be visiting Austin this Memorial Day weekend. You'll also have your last chance to say hello/goodbye to Celia Fate who is punk rock enough to stick around through the week to endure rollergirl mayhem.
